    Fleet Team Member – RV Rental Business

    Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Fleet Team Member to support the operation, maintenance, and transportation of our RV fleet. This role requires experience driving large vehicles, basic repair skills, and the flexibility to travel frequently. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, and a strong team player.

    Pay starts at 40k and commensurates with experience.

    Responsibilities

    Safely drive and transport RVs (including large rigs)

    Perform basic inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs

    Clean, prep, and stage RVs for rentals

    Assist with fleet logistics, deliveries, and returns

    Report mechanical issues and coordinate repairs

    Travel as needed to support fleet operations

    Follow all safety, compliance, and company procedures

    Requirements

    Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

    Experience driving large vehicles or big rigs

    Basic mechanical or repair skills

    Ability to travel frequently

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Must pass drug screening and background check

    Physically able to perform hands-on work

    Preferred Qualifications

    CDL or RV driving experience (a plus)

    Fleet, automotive, or maintenance experience

    Compensation

    40k Plus- Pay will commensurate with experience.
