Responsibilities:

Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions and functional limitations.

Designing personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and goals.

Administering various physical therapy techniques and modalities to enhance mobility and promote recovery.

Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as required for the best possible outcomes.

Providing education and guidance to patients and their families regarding at-home exercises and preventive measures.

Requirements: To be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

NY licensed PT

A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Empathy and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

The ability to work independently.
