    Job Description

    The ideal candidate will be well organized and capable of dealing with financial data. This individual will be responsible for assisting the Controller with the accounts payable and receivable, and conducting other tasks related to finance within QuickBooks, Excel, and AIA billing. They should be excellent at recording data and have an ability to produce clear financial reports.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Track expenses, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company
    • Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)
    • Monitor accounts payable and receivable
    • Reconciliation of company credit cards
    • Assist with daily administrative tasks

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 1-2 years of Construction experience preferred
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills and ability to work independently
    • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is desired
    • Basic understanding of accounting principles and construction terminology/cost coding.
