    Currently we are looking to expand our marketing events team with 2 new Business Assistant roles within our Marketing Events team in the Santa Ana, CA area (Not Remote).

    We're an end-to-end marketing & Events agency that represents a variety of non-profit organizations. We support them by hosting promotional advertising & marketing business events in the Santa Ana area. We help our clients make meaningful connections with their customers by speaking with them at these live events. We'd like to add an additional 2 Full-Time Business Assistants to our team this month.

    Our new Business Assistant will be part of our Marketing Events Team working at events across the city. We're looking for someone with experience working with customers in a fast-paced environment (like retail, hospitality, catering, etc) who also has a desire to make a difference in the world.

    You'll be learning as you go; receiving layered information at your own pace. Different people learn in different ways, so we use a variety of training methods including written words, videos, live workshops, role-playing, on-site coaching, and more.

    PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION. WE REPRESENT OUR CLIENTS TO THE PUBLIC FACE-TO-FACE BECAUSE HAVING A CONVERSATION ALLOWS US TO:

    • Explain their values, missions, and objectives in detail
    • Share their recent success stories and current actions
    • Find a customer base that shares a common goal
    • Answer questions and collect instant feedback
    • Register interested parties for long-term donations

    ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Candidates must be able to reliably commute to our office in Santa Ana CA 92703
    • Candidates must have permission to work in the USA. We are not currently providing sponsorship.
