MARKETING & BRAND PR INTERNSHIP - IMMEDIATE START

FLEXIBLE FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME HOURS MONDAY-SATURDAY OVER 3, 6 OR 9 MONTHS

We're an end-to-end Brand Marketing & Events agency that represents a variety of non-profit organizations. We support them by hosting promotional branded marketing events in the Los Angeles area and would love to give a local graduate, career changer or student the opportunity to work alongside our team in an internship capacity.

You'll be learning and earning! We use a variety of training methods including written words, videos, live workshops, role-playing, on-site coaching, and more. And, you'll be paid for your work on a weekly basis as a combination of a day rate and bonuses/commissions.

You'll be cross-trained in a variety of areas and will learn transferable skills that will help you in the future (with us or elsewhere!). Depending on how long you're working with us, some areas you'll be able to enhance your skill set in are sales, marketing, consumer relations, psychology, leadership, public speaking, recruitment, and more!

You'll complete your internship with an enhanced resume or candidate profile due to the real-world experience you'll gain with us. We promise you won't spend your days on coffee/lunch runs, making photocopies, or taking notes!

TO BE A BRILLIANT MARKETING & BRAND PR INTERN YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE:

• Excellent communication skills – the ability to engage with anybody, anywhere, from all walks of life
• Initiative - a desire to learn about our customers, our client's products and our client's new technologies.
• Confidence – a personality that will welcome and engage our customers
• An eye for detail – to capture information accurately, follow processes
• Customer focus - deliver an excellent customer experience
• Self-motivated – can enthuse others and achieve performance targets

Someone with a BA in Marketing/Communications and experience working with customers in a fast-paced environment (like retail, hospitality, catering, etc) would fit in well with our team. We won't disqualify people for a lack of degree or experience though, so if you have a passion for marketing or public relations, we'd love to hear from you!
