    Prefer the quiet hours but fine jumping in whenever the work calls? Elite 360 Cleaning Solutions is hiring a dependable Flex Floor & Janitorial Lead to be the owner’s go-to problem-solver. Shifts can be daytime, evening, or overnight depending on the service, and you’ll see some late nights and/or early mornings. As you demonstrate reliability and versatility, your hours and responsibilities will grow.

    What you’ll do

    Floor care: VCT strip & wax, scrub/auto-scrub, buff/burnish, scrub & recoat, edging/baseboards.

    Janitorial: Restrooms & disinfecting, trash, dusting, glass/spotting, vacuum/mop, breakrooms/kitchens, occasional detail & post-construction.

    Route support: Cover accounts on short notice, open/lock buildings, handle keys/alarms, keep projects on schedule.

    Quality & communication: Follow checklists, spot issues, keep the owner in the loop.

    What you bring

    Proven floor-care skills (swing machine, high-speed burnisher, auto-scrubber).

    Solid commercial cleaning/janitorial experience and attention to detail.

    Flexible availability (day/evening/overnight; includes late nights/early mornings).

    Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and a good driving record (clean MVR).

    Able to lift 40–50 lbs and be on your feet for several hours.

    Pay & perks

    $17/hr base + premium rates — often $18–$23/hr depending on the assignment.

    Assignment-based premium pay for certain services (e.g., specialty floor care, post-construction, short-notice/emergency)—higher rate confirmed per assignment.

    Paid drive time between sites (no mileage tracking).

    Uniforms provided (company shirts).

    Performance bonuses for exemplary work + referral bonuses.

    Paid training on Elite 360 systems; real growth path (Lead → Manager).

    Requirements

    Background check (offer contingent on results).

    Valid driver’s license, dependable vehicle, and clean MVR.

    Schedule clarity

    Shifts may be daytime, evening, or overnight depending on service demand.

    We balance schedules and avoid back-to-back marathons; no expectation to work both day and night in the same 24-hour period.
