Job Description
As the Revenue Assurance Analyst II/III, you are responsible for auditing Payroll data, formulating invoices and completing the billing process based on Cases Received from Payroll weekly. This process starts within Salesforce Cases, QuickBooks, and submitting invoices, if needed, to clients or to Accounts Receivable. On top of current MSPs (Management Service Providers) held, you are also responsible for learning all other MSPs and VMS (Vendor Management Systems) systems that are currently being used by other Client Billing Analysts. This will include coverage for other Client Billing Analysts and being able to manage their cases in Salesforce along with any questions that are brought forth from any internal or external contacts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Directing Management Service Providers (MSPs) time keeping procedures with Recruiters.
- Reviewing and processing any case that comes to the billing department.
- Assisting Payroll and Accounts Receivable on identifying different types of discrepancies cases.
- Audit timesheet instructions in Salesforce.
- Communicate with Clients regarding hours not accounted for clinicians via phone or email.
- Organize MSP missing hours list in Salesforce based on Cases.
- Update notes continuously in Salesforce Cases received to review if approvals have been received via email or in a specific system.
- Cross-train other MSPs.
- Ability to support coverage roles when another Client Billing Analyst is out or needs assistance regarding their desks.
- Ability to assist the Client Billing Manager with reporting of any kind and reviewing current Case loads of all Client Billing Analysts.
- Maintain reporting of Hours sent to Client Billing Manager.
- Build accurate invoices when hours have been acquired from Facilities.
- Manage projects assigned in order to identify issues of MSPs and find solutions to these issues.
- Billing is responsible to process any “Guaranteed hours” cases in order to review if the hours are approved by a facility or if a clinician has provided the necessary documentation in order to process. After reviewing and concluding that a clinician can get processed for their Guaranteed hours these will be sent to Payroll.
- Additional duties will be relayed from Client Billing Manager based on changing business function.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interface with varying levels of individuals.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong ability to multi-task and shift gears as business dictates.
- Ability to navigate Salesforce and review current nurses and facilities processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with all departments as well as function independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage time well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment with ability to meet deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with client facilities and their representatives in a professional manner via email and/or phone in order to acquire solutions.
- Ability to maintain confidential information in compliance with company policies.
- Ability to comfortably work in a sales-driven environment and possess the ability to partner with and provide operational support/solutions to Recruitment and Client Management teams working under commission structures.
- Understand how to be able to review current MSP’s processes and how to relay this information to Recruiters/Account Managers as well as any Operations individuals.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Associate degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance or related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 0-1 year proven experience in a billing or similar role.
- Possess previous knowledge of general business accounting and financial flow
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
This position will have no supervisory responsibilities.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers.
