Marketing Sales Consultant | Flexi Promotional Marketing - Awardsideas.com and Awarenessideas.com Metro Detroit, Michigan- Will be currently working in home, eventually in Livonia area office. Helping organizational clients accomplish their initiatives by providing marketing communication products that motivate, inspire and celebrate people to be their best is our business, and we’re passionate about it. As a Sales & Design consultant at Flexi Promotional Marketing, you’ll be joining a leader in the awards and promotional products industry. Review our web sites, we are an exciting company. After training with our staff, your role will be to leverage your skills to help clients create a positive environment for their team members, customers, suppliers and community. In the beginning you will be working in your home but within 6 months to a year you will be working hybrid – mostly in an office in the general Livonia area. Top 5 Job Responsibilities, what your days will look like : Sales : Create client relationships that cause clients to feel credible and comfortable to work with you on a long term basis, track growth and sales progress through individual weekly sales and profit reports. Account Management : Manage established and new accounts, coordinate projects from the opening of the jobs through sample production to full order. You must be detail oriented and be able to juggle many balls. You will take time with your clients but a lot of juggling takes place to handle the details. Stakeholder Relationships : Interact positively and professionally with clients, team members, designers, factories, and vendors on all aspects of the project, including concept, design, price, and production to create stunning awards and promotional items. Best Practices : Adopt and champion best practices and use of business tools to ensure effectiveness. Continuous Improvement : Continue your own professional development as well as ideas and initiatives that drive future success of the business. You'll be reading current books on subject matter. What success looks like: In 1- 3 months, you’ll be demonstrating a knowledge of our products and processes, master our business tool practices, have a clear understanding of all project elements within your client portfolio and are having success in sales. Within 4 months you’ll be performing consistently as an Account Manager, which includes client satisfaction, high close ratio, sales, and a stable combined gross profit. Within 6 months you’ll have built strong client relationships understanding their needs and potential and the opportunities to grow them. Our compensation structure is base + commission + additional bonuses based on profit margins, plus vacation and paid holidays & medical insurance is offered. In the first year with your best efforts, you should make $40,000 +, in your second year $50,000 +, Some current people make Over $70,000. A college degree and 2-5 years of work experience is preferred (but not necessary for the right candidate) in an account management/client relations environment.
