WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT WORKING FOR FLEXICORPS:

• We focus on client satisfaction. Meeting client expectations are a must; quality and productivity are critical.
• Some tasks will require sitting and/or standing in one place for extended periods of time (up to 10-12 hours a day), while others involve walking around an office environment, including climbing stairs.

WHAT DOES A TECHNICAL SUPPORT REP DO?

• Troubleshoot electronic weighing devices
• Repair electronic weighing deices
• Maintain service records and administrative tasks
• Provide phone support to customers
• Enter sales orders
• Test and evaluate newly developed software
• Can perform support via LogMeIn or other remote support software
• Team oriented
• Some travel (20% annually - 2-3 day increments)

COMPENSATION: $40,000 - $50,000 PER YEAR OR BOE

SHIFT HOURS: 8:00 A.M. - 4:30 P.M.

WE WANT YOU TO JOIN THE TEAM IF YOU CAN PERFORM THESE ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Must be able to sit for the duration of the shift
• Must be able to communicate effectively over the phone and email and online live support 
• Must be able to effectively move throughout the facility
• Must have the ability to use hand tools
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School or equivalent
• College or Associates Degree preferred
• Driver’s License
• Previous experience in customer service within a technical & manufacturing environment 
• Basic electronic circuit troubleshooting: lights, relays and DMM use 
• Ability to multitask, work on multiple projects simultaneously. 
• High level of customer service • Knowledge of MS Windows 7/8/10 
• SQL Light and/or My SQL 
• Basic Scripting 
• EPL Printing Format
• Clear Understanding of Hardware & Software Communication Protocol including TCP/IP, Ethernet IP, Bluetooth, USB, RS232, 4-20mA
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to pass drug test and criminal background check
• Must have a positive attitude
• Must be able to work independently
• Must have assembly experience
