    Caregiver Responsibilities

    Responsibilities may vary depending on the client’s needs and care plan, but can include:

    Providing companionship and emotional support

    Assisting with personal care such as bathing, grooming, and toileting

    Light housekeeping and laundry

    Meal preparation

    Transportation to appointments and errands

    Following individualized care plans

    Helping clients maintain comfort, dignity, and independence

    Communicating professionally with families and team members

    Other caregiving duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Willingness to complete all employment requirements and screenings

    Valid driver’s license and auto insurance

    Clean driving record

    Prior caregiving or home care experience preferred, but not required

    Reliable transportation

    Access to email and a smartphone

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compassion at all times
