Loan Closer

Our client is ranked as one of the fastest growing mortgage companies in the US. They handle both purchasers and refi’s but have strategically decided to focus more on purchasers and are looking for ambitious, professional Loan Closers. YOU CAN WORK ANYWHERE IN THE US AND WILL BE 100% REMOTE. This position has a very competitive base, is overtime eligible, and generates lucrative monthly bonuses.

ESSENCE OF THE POSITION

You, as the successful candidate, will ensure the completeness and accuracy of loan closing packages and internal funding sheets, prepare the HUD-1 / HUD-1A Settlement Statements for closing and perform a variety of critical functions involved in closing process. You will interact with attorneys, brokers, customers and loan processors and underwriters.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-4 years loan closing or related banking experience
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and poses a strong attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Possess above average computer skills
