    Job Description

    FTS is seeking a Helpdesk Tech in the Mobile, AL area for a long term contract position. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
    • Troubleshoot network and/or connectivity issues for users
    • Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
    • Recommend hardware and software improvements
    • Track customer issues and resolutions

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
    • Windows 7/10 experience.
    • Microsoft Suite
    • Active Directory
    • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
    • Positive and professional demeanor
