Education/License: • College degree preferred • Life and Health License

Requirements/Skills: • At least 2 years in employee benefits preferred

• Ability to evaluate situations and make sound judgements/decisions • Ability to multi-task and establish priorities • Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines • Ability to work with highly confidential and sensitive material • Ability to work with the public • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, working knowledge of Publisher preferred • Strong customer service focus • Strong organizational skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Understanding of employee benefits and relevant markets

Physical Requirements/Special Job Conditions: • Environment in which constant deadlines exist with significant telephone and work-related interruptions • Must be available to work outside of regularly scheduled hours if necessary to meet deadlines or client needs • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Single-day regional travel required for client meetings
