FTS is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a client in Daphne, AL

The position is Temp to Hire Contract 

Pharmacy Experience is a plus!

This is a temporary role for approx. 30 weeks only, after the contract duration the role is not guaranteed to renew

Customer Service Representative

Job Skills and Qualifications:

• -Provide superior customer service to all customers representing the pharmacy in a positive manner reflecting our commitment to excellence while bringing solutions to meet their unmet needs

Roles and Responsibilities

• -Complete all required training in the pharmacy and stay current on all state requirements
• -Operating all software competently on the computer
• -Operating cash registers and process payments
• -Answering incoming calls to pharmacy and checking voicemail throughout the day
• -Receiving, inputting and printing demographics with all complete information
• -Call or text all patients daily when prescriptions are ready for pick up
• -Prescription health insurance knowledge preferred
• -Great phone communication skills while talking to patients and providers-Keeping the front lobby clean and neat
• -Any other roles and responsibilities that may arise and deemed necessary by the supervisor that benefits the pharmacy on any given day
