Flexo Plant Controller (Relocation Help Available)--Greensboro, NC

This role is a Bonus Eligible role, full-time, direct-hire position with a full benefits plan (Medical, Life and Disability Insurance, Paid Vacation, and 401K).

Summary:

The Site Controller functions as a business partner with Plant and Financial Management to effectively manage and control the local business. This position also supports the regional financial staff in areas such as tax compliance and planning, cash management, and medical and risk insurances. This individual will lead the finance team of three direct reports at the plant and be accountable for plant-level general accounting duties, accounts payable, billing cost accounting, business analysis, and strategic planning, as well as financial planning.

Qualifications:

This role requires a BS degree in Finance or Accounting

A CPA Certification or MBA is desired

7 - 10 years of plant manufacturing experience, preferably in the printing and packaging industry.

Strong Cost Accounting background

A strong desire to affect change and process improvement working with the business team

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time, sit for long periods of time, and possess good vision, walk, use of hands and fingers in a continuous and repetitive motion.

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, you will work in both office and manufacturing environments with some light travel required. Some light safety equipment will be required while on the manufacturing floor.
