You will fi nd our labels and products being used in hospitals, laboratories, and pharmacies nationwide. Over the last decade we have expanded into food, beverage, and other industries to provide labels for packaging and promotional use. As our company continues to evolve and grow, so does our team. A Brief Overview We are looking for a candidate that is motivated to learn how to operate and maintain a flexographic press. You will work closely with the production team to understand the production process and after a 90 day probationary period, will have the confidence to run a flexographic press independently. Our ideal candidate has mechanical aptitude and is comfortable working with machinery. They are dependable, eager to learn, and can work through challenges. Being able to work both independently and on a team while being open to cross train across departments is critical. Key Responsibilities ● Set up, operate, and maintain flexographic printing presses ● Monitor print quality and make necessary adjustments ● Perform routine press maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues ● Maintain a clean and organized workspace ● Keep accurate production records and logs current in our system ● Follow safety standards and company procedures ● Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and quality standards Education Qualifications ● High school diploma or equivalent ● Forklift and/or scissor lift certification a plus Skills and Abilities It is assumed that the candidate has strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
