This position will require you to travel across the state, with the main office situated in Phoenix, Arizona. Responsibilities: • Develop strategies to detect and acquire potential customers • Utilize persuasive tactics to make sales • Acknowledge and fulfill customer requirements • Sustain and strengthen relationships with clients • Supervise and manage accounts • Formulate plans to elevate the customer base • Monitor the market to maintain a competitive edge • Work together with the sales team • Generate income and provide superior customer service • Identify and pursue new business opportunities • Assess customer needs and present suitable solutions • Apply creative strategies to close deals • Regularly service and manage customer portfolios • Possess the drive to identify prospective customers and construct strong connections with existing ones • Listen to customers attentively and solve their problems • Able to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers • Demonstrate the capability to find strategies to secure deals and maximize revenue • Possess strong verbal and interpersonal skills to offer excellent customer service • Act on own initiative and collaborate with other sales staff Qualifications: • Possess prior knowledge and experience within the packaging industry • Hold a valid driver’s license • Have the flexibility to travel across the state • Show the capability to work independently and as part of a sales team • Possess strong communication skills • Demonstrate previous experiences in cold calling Compensation: $75,000 yearly commission based
