    Huntington Travel has been in operation since 1974 and was one of the first to bring "airline consolidation" to the Canadian travel market. We are located in the west end of the Greater Toronto Area. We also currently operate our USA business Huntington Travel USA which is also known as Colville Travel. In Canada, Huntington is well regarded and has been one of the most respected consolidators with many agency chains and consortium. Recently Huntington was voted among the top five consolidators in Ontario.

    THIS POSITION IS LOCATED AT OUR USA LOCATION IN COLVILLE, WASHINGTON.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Create Invoices and Refunds in TRAMS for NON-ARC bookings i.e. tour packages, hotel bookings, group booking, service fees.
    • Record Daily receipt (cheque/Cash and credit card) against the invoice
    • Reconcile daily credit card charges with credit card receipt statement
    • Record vendor payment (cheque and credit card) against the invoice
    • Reconcile and monitor Client Balance and Vendor Balance on weekly basis
    • Assist with bank reconciliation for any unrecorded posting
    • Submit Daily Deposit and Vendor payment to Toronto/India team
    • Back up for ARC IAR (Interactive Airline Reporting) weekly submission
    • Back up for ADM research, dispute and resolve all memos through Memo Manager in the ARC website or with each individual airline
    • Perform other administrative or job-related functions as assigned

    REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

    • ARC Processing and TRAMS experience is preferred
    • Working knowledge of Sabre/Apollo/Amadeus GDS and airline ticketing functionality
    • Excellent planning and organizational skills
    • Ability to multitask and work independently
    • High level of attention to detail, to ensure errors are being identified and corrected
