Job Description

As a Flight Representative, you’ll be the face of ACS on the ground , ensuring every charter flight runs smoothly from touchdown to take-off.

You’ll coordinate with airports, ground teams, and flight crews while providing an exceptional level of service to our passengers.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Representing ACS at private terminals and airports, ensuring smooth operations
• Liaising with FBOs, handlers, security, catering, and transportation teams
• Greeting and assisting VIP passengers throughout the check-in and boarding process
• Keeping internal teams updated with live operational information
• Overseeing logistics from aircraft arrival to wheels up — you’re the last to leave

Qualifications
