Sky Carp Games

When you think of Sky Carp Baseball you think of FUN! And the Sky Carp Flight Squad help make that happen. The Flight Squad looks for individuals who are outgoing, who love working on a team, who create a positive environment around them, who are not afraid of responsibility, and who love interacting with a crowd and performing. At Sky Carp games it is all about the fan experience. The Flight Squad wants those individuals who think they have what it takes to make a Sky Carp game a truly special and fun experience for the guests. The position is seasonal, generally limited to a maximum of 30 hours per week and does not include benefits other than pay ($14/hr).

Duties during Sky Carp games include but are not limited to:

• Bring a positive and upbeat attitude to every game.
• Smile and have fun!
• Coordinate on-field activities.
• Assist in sponsorship activation (passing out coupons and prize packs).
• Provide fan entertainment and engagement.
• Interact with fans at the game.
• Perform dances, skits, activities, prompts and games in front of the Sky Carp crowd.
• Wear and perform in mascot costumes (Catch Ketchup).
• Dress as characters for theme nights.
• Coordinate contestants of all ages (Kids and Adults).
• Set up pre-game activities and promotions, including giveaways.
