    Job Description

    OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

     

    FLIGHT TRAINING INTERNATIONAL (FTI) is an industry recognized part 142 commercial flight school, specializing in ATP/CTP, ATP, and Boeing/Airbus Training. Our clientele ranges from the US Air Force and Part 125 Carriers, to individuals transitioning to Airline positions.

     

    As the Operations Admin Officer, you would provide assistance to all aspects of FTI’s operations. Your duties will encompass centralized administrative enrollment support, customer service, and record keeping in a variety of computer-based applications, including Microsoft Office. You must possess the ability to learn new operating computer applications and have a high attention to detail, as well as a high level of telephone and email customer service skills to communicate with American and foreign pilots in a fast-paced environment. We offer opportunities for growth within the company. With the potential opportunity to test your skills flying against your colleagues in the most realistic flight Simulator available.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:        

    • Following up on and uploading electronic documents in Customer Resource Management (CRM) to qualify pilots for training
    • Providing telephonic customer service to current and prospective pilot customers
    • Creating and qualifying student profiles in the MINT scheduling application
    • Assigning Comply365 academic materials to pilots coming to training and verifying that pilots have downloaded Comply365
    • Assigning Pelesys Self-Study academic materials to pilots and tracking completion status of that training
    • Ordering Cockpit posters for mailing to pilots coming to training
    • Ordering and maintaining office supplies
    • Filing all Training documentation

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Good communication skills via email and telephone (positive attitude)
    • Looking for someone who wants to learn and grow with us as a company
    • Computer and technical skills are important, we are mostly electronic
    • Candidate needs to be a highly organized and detail oriented

     

    PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

    • Aviation Work Experience
    • Experience in MINT and Dynamics 365 applications
    • Degree in Aviation Management or Similar
