ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
FLIGHT TRAINING INTERNATIONAL (FTI) is an industry recognized part 142 commercial flight school, specializing in ATP/CTP, ATP, and Boeing/Airbus Training. Our clientele ranges from the US Air Force and Part 125 Carriers, to individuals transitioning to Airline positions.
As an FTI Admin Assistant, you will support operations for the training for these pilots. You would be one of the first people that new students meet and having good customer service skills are important. The main focus of this position is to greet the students, ensure that the Miami office is well maintained, and documents are sent to the Denver for processing. There are also opportunities to grow in the company if you are interested. Our system relies heavily on MINT TDMS and Microsoft D365 (CRM) for tracking sales and Pilot Records. Experience in these applications is preferred. During the off periods, you will also work directly with our enrollment team to ensure proper documentation has been received to qualify students for training. With the potential opportunity to test your skills flying against your colleagues in the most realistic flight Simulator available.
