• No Touch or Driver Load or Unload (Drop & Hook)
• .67 CPM - All Miles (Loaded & Unload)
• Home on the Weekend with All Dry Van Freight

CDL A QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS FOR DRIVE POSITION: Full Time / Dry Van / Regional 

• Must Complete Clear House with FMCSA
• Valid Class A License & Updated Medical Card / DOT Physical Card
• Must be over 23 years of age 
• All Driver History & Reports will be review (DAC, PSP, & MVR)
• No DOT Recordables – A Tow away or Injury while at fault
• Students – Must provide Truck School Certificate

FLINT LOGISTICS LLC: CDL A DRIVER POSITION DETAILS

• $1,300 - $1,600 Weekly – Direct Deposit Option Available 
• Home time every week but will have the option to run more miles
• Regional Role (States- KY, IN, TN, OH, AL, GA, SC and NC)
• All Dry Van Loads – 53 Foot Tractor Trailer
• Assigned Equipment – Zero Slip Seating
• Health, Vision, & Dental are provided – Full Time Position

EXPERIENCE & EQUIPMENT DETAILS:

• 3-6 Months of verifiable Tractor Trailer Experience
• All Experience must be CDL Class A
• Local Experience is also accepted
• Dry Van, Reefer, Flat Bed, & Container experience are accepted
• Fully Automatic Fleet – Must not have a Restriction on Licenses

SAFETY & COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS: 

• Driver will have all background reports / criminal history reviewed
• Must not have more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
• No DUI in the last 5 years
• Class A CDL Driver cannot be on probation and must be able to cross state lines
• Cannot have a DOT Drug Refusal or Failure in the past 5 years
• Clear House Form must be complete before On Boarding Process
• No Roll Over, Tow Away, Or Injury while in Class A CDL Tractor Trailer

ON BOARDING PROCESS:

• Orientation is both road test & Drug Test
• Driver must be able to successfully pass either urine or hair screening
• Only 3-4 Days – All Transportation is Provided 
• Meals are taken care of along with Hotel Room
