    Investor Agent Opportunity – Tustin, CA We are looking for a motivated sales agent to join our expanding Orange County team specializing in flip properties and investment-focused transactions. This role offers the chance to work directly with buyers, sellers, builders, and developers to identify value-add properties and guide clients through every stage of the investment process. You will collaborate with a team of top producers, gaining insight from experienced professionals while leveraging proven lead systems and structured coaching. With strong support in place, you will have the tools to expand your network, close more deals, and earn rewarding commissions. Responsibilities: • Act as the professional intermediary when connecting with leads and industry professionals, so our company’s standards and values are reflected in every transaction • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text, and CRM, and convert them to buyers to meet monthly sales goals • Adopt a learning mindset and cultivate a passion for knowledge in the Real Estate industry to help further your own career • Act as an intermediary between our seller and potential buyer, so the entire process is smooth and timely • Consistently networking and prospecting for new business to meet sales goals • New home lead follow-up • New home builder lead generation • Database • CRM • Set appointments • Execute appointments • Sales scripts Qualifications: • A successful and proven sales history • Enjoys meeting new people and establishing working relationships • Real Estate and new home construction experience preferred • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Ability to build meaningful connections and rapport quickly, and loves meeting new people • Knowledge of the local Real Estate market is preferred • Willing and able to learn our systems and technologies • A proven track record of sales and success • Great communication • Sales experience Compensation: $145,000 at plan
