You’ll work closely with flippers, builders, and value-driven buyers, all while being supported by experienced team leads who are actively producing and mentoring. With access to investor leads, proven systems, and daily guidance, you’ll have the structure to build real traction and earn rewarding commissions. Who you work with matters. Responsibilities: • Act as the professional intermediary when connecting with leads and industry professionals, so our company’s standards and values are reflected in every transaction • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text, and CRM, and convert them to buyers to meet monthly sales goals • Adopt a learning mindset and cultivate a passion for knowledge in the Real Estate industry to help further your own career • Act as an intermediary between our seller and potential buyer, so the entire process is smooth and timely • Consistently networking and prospecting for a new business to meet sales goals • Investor lead follow-up • Investor lead generation • Standard lead generation • Close sales • Database • CRM • Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Enjoys meeting new people and establishing working relationships • Knowledge of the local Real Estate market preferred • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • A successful and proven sales history • A real estate license is required • Great communication • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $170,000 at plan
