THE ROLE:
Remote - Full Time
To make the biggest impact on the small nonprofit space in company history and in 2021, Flipcause is looking to bring on additional Partnerships Managers to our SMB sales team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Quickly understand Flipcause’s value add and execute on our proven strategy for prospect engagement
Schedule online sales demonstrations through a mixture of outbound calling and emailing
Run online demos for potential clients in a fun, informative, and professional way
Manage the entire sales cycle by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining all prospect information and communication in our CRM (Salesforce)
Work closely with the Partnerships Team Lead to achieve daily & monthly targets consistently
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or in the nonprofit sector
Fast learner who can operate within guide rails and self-manage priorities and tasks
Comfortable working within a distributed yet highly collaborative team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfortable on the phone and Zoom
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Customer-centric mentality and interest in helping small nonprofits better engage their communities and fund their causes
COMPENSATION:
$75,000 OTE ($50,000 Base + Commission)
