    We are an A+ team looking for A+ players.  We are searching for a dynamic and driven Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist who will be responsible for owning an “always-on” testing program aimed at increasing conversion rate on our website and campaigns. 

    You will report directly to the Director of DTC Sales. 

     

    What you’ll do 

    • Develop and execute a conversion rate optimization strategy and testing plan for our DTC website, Enterprise Partner landing pages, and diverse marketing campaigns
    • Develop and execute lead capture campaigns across all digital properties
    • Execute A/B or multivariate tests according to optimization strategy and testing plan
    • Partner with sales and marketing teams to recommend changes based on winning results
    • Apply a data-driven,  iterative approach to optimization, continuously taking test results and data into account in formulating, proposing, ane executing new tests and hypotheses
    • Build and manage landing pages to optimize user experience
    • Increase funnel marketing efficiencies
    • Offer ideas to enhance our promotional strategy 
    • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

    Who you are

    • 3+ years of experience working in web optimization 
    • Past experience with web analytics, A/B testing and inbound marketing tactics
    • Experience with Shopify
    • Experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Heap, or related analytics tools
    • Experience with Segment or related CDPs
    • Highly analytical and have a knack for seeing stories in the data that aren’t always obvious
    • Results driven, strong attention to detail, and highly organized
    • Ability to understand how people process information
    • Stellar communication skills, and are able to synthesize complex information and deliver it in a relatable way
    • Ability to multitask, be adaptive, with a do-what-it-takes attitude, and out of the box approach
    • Experience working at a startup company is preferred
