About the Role:

Join KIDS 'R' KIDS Learning Academy of SOUTHERN HILLS as a Float for our part-time position from 9 am to 3 pm! This exciting role allows you to engage with children in a nurturing environment while supporting our dedicated team in fostering a love of learning.

Responsibilities:

Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and activities.

Supervise and engage with children during playtime and structured activities.

Ensure a safe and clean environment for all students.

Provide support to children with diverse needs and learning styles.

Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children's progress.

Help maintain classroom supplies and resources.

Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Foster positive relationships with children and staff to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent a must, early childhood education coursework a plus.

Experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Passion for early childhood education and child development.

Flexible schedule and availability to work part-time hours.

Background check clearance required for employment.
