Salary & Incentives
Base Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 annually (DOE)
Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)
Total compensation potential: $127,500 annually depending on experience and performance

Clinic Details
This full-time internal travel role provides short-term coverage across Action Potential Physical Therapy clinics in the Colorado Springs metro area. You’ll gain experience in a variety of clinic settings while enjoying the stability of full-time employment and benefits. Whether covering for a teammate on leave, supporting a growing clinic, or assisting with a new opening, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring patients receive exceptional care.

Job Responsibilities
Provide evidence-based physical therapy services to a diverse outpatient orthopedic population
Evaluate and treat patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
Document daily treatment notes, evaluations, and discharge summaries accurately and on time
Collaborate with therapists, clinic directors, and support staff to ensure excellent outcomes
Adapt to new clinic environments quickly and build rapport with patients and teams
Travel between assigned clinics as needed
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
Current Colorado PT license (or eligibility)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Flexibility, adaptability, and a team-first attitude
At least 6 months of outpatient ortho experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
