We are West Palm Beach's first float spa. We are looking for a spa associate/ float consultant to join our team. Knowledge about floatation therapy is not required. Interest in health and wellness is preferred. Responsibilities Greeting clients Scheduling appointments and processing payments Giving new clients a detailed introduction if it is their first float. Insuring all clients have completed waiver prior to floating Giving a personalized tour of the float rooms/ spa Engaging with clients post float about their experience Educating floaters on the benefits of Sensory Deprivation/Float Therapy and packages, memberships we offer. Turning over the float room after each client has finished their float. Includes but not limited to wiping down shower, adding fresh towels, restocking shampoo etc Opening the spa to prepare for the day or close down the spa. Light water maintenance adding epsom salt and water to the solution to ensure water chemistry. Sauna and Sound Therapy services also offered - cleaning for those services needed as well Qualifications Sales experience and customer service preferred but not required Must be able to run basic computer operations. Must be able to socialize and interact with clients with ease Must have an open mind to different life experiences, trauma, mental health ailments and be passionate about self care. Pay: $18 per hour + unlimited floats Schedule: Day shift Holidays Week Days/Nights Weekends Education: High school or equivalent
