Learning By The Lakes Academy is looking for a caring, flexible, and energetic Float Teacher to join our team!

Schedule: ✔ 4-day work week ✔ 10-hour shifts

Position Overview: Our Float Teacher works with children of all ages, supporting classrooms throughout the day wherever extra help is needed. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and building relationships with many children and teachers.

Responsibilities: • Assist teachers in classrooms from infants through preschool age • Help maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment • Support classroom routines including playtime, meals, and activities • Provide coverage during breaks, transitions, and staff absences • Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization • Build positive relationships with children, staff, and families

Qualifications: • Experience working with young children preferred • Positive attitude and ability to adapt to different classrooms • Team player who enjoys working with children of all ages • Reliable and dependable
