We are seeking a passionate and flexible Float Teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience.

As a Float Teacher, you will play an essential role in supporting our classrooms by providing coverage during staff breaks, planning time, and teacher absences. You’ll work across multiple age groups — from Infants to Preschool — ensuring consistency, safety, and a positive learning environment for every child in your care.

As a Float Teacher, You Will:

Provide classroom coverage for breaks, planning time, and staff absences.

Support teachers in implementing The Learning Experience’s proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, adapting to the needs of Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool-aged children.

Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, explore, and thrive.

Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers to maintain a welcoming school community.

Communicate effectively with teaching teams and leadership to ensure smooth classroom transitions and consistency in care.

Do You:

Have a genuine passion for working with young children?

Have at least six months of experience in a professional childcare or classroom setting?

Hold a high school diploma or GED (required); ECE coursework or degree (preferred)?
