Float Teacher

The Learning Experience - Franklin is seeking a flexible and dependable Float Teacher to support classrooms throughout the center. This role provides assistance across multiple age groups while helping maintain a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support teachers in Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms

Assist with classroom activities, transitions, meals, and supervision

Maintain a safe and organized learning environment

Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff

Follow all Massachusetts EEC and safety requirements

Qualifications

Prior childcare or preschool experience preferred

EEC Teacher Certification preferred

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Must meet Massachusetts EEC and background check requirements
