The Willowstone School is a holistic early learning center located in Malvern, we opened in 2022. We are currently expanding our team! This position requires a mature and passionate individual!

Our mission is to create a one-of-a-kind program that values the growth of our team, integrating the community, and offering a unique curriculum and culture, like no other, through mindfulness and the Reggio Emilia philosophy.

Job Description:

M-F, Hours are flexible, Part-time 3-6, other schedule options available. Expectations include working together as a team to care for all of the daily needs of the children in our care.

• Caring and attending to all of the children's needs (Ages 6 Weeks to 5 Years)
• Arts and crafts
• Communicate regularly with parents and families
• Foster a positive environment for all children and staff
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in the classroom
• Be a team player and enjoy your job!

Requirements:

• The ability to effectively multi-task and manage multiple infant schedules
• Minimum of high school degree
• Must meet state requirements for childcare
• Strong work ethic
• Passion to inspire and make a positive difference in children’s lives
• The desire to be a part of an amazing team
• Reliable Transportation
