We are currently hiring a Full-Time Floater Caregiver to support our care team and office operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on flexibility, reliability, and making a difference wherever they’re needed most.

🧑‍⚕️ Position: Full-Time Floater Caregiver

Schedule: Thursday – Monday (Full Time)

This role primarily covers:

Shifts dropped by other caregivers

Last-minute or short-notice care needs

Administrative and office support when not assigned to a client

💼 Caregiver Responsibilities

Providing companionship and meaningful conversation

Assisting with bathing, grooming, and personal care

Preparing and serving meals

Light housekeeping and laundry

Shopping, errands, and transportation

Filling in for open or call-off shifts as needed

Other duties as assigned

🖥️ Office & Administrative Responsibilities (When Not in the Field)

Assisting with scheduling and open-shift coverage

Supporting caregiver coordination and communication

Helping with basic office tasks and documentation

Supporting management with daily operational needs

💵 Pay & Benefits

Competitive full-time hourly pay

Guaranteed hours Thursday–Monday

Overtime & Double Time pay when applicable

Previous caregiving experience (preferred)

Strong reliability and flexibility

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
