Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and reliable Cleaning Technician to join our team in a “floater” role. This position is ideal for someone flexible who can step in to cover shifts across multiple locations when we are short-staffed or when team members are unavailable.

This is not a fixed-site position. Your primary responsibility will be filling schedule gaps and ensuring consistent service at various job sites. Some locations will be solo assignments, while others will require working alongside a team member.

Service Areas: Must be able to travel to: Lewisville, Denton, and Grapevine. Optional locations: McKinney, Aubrey

Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, restroom sanitation, etc.)

Fill in for call-outs and open shifts as needed

Work independently at some locations and as part of a team at others

Maintain high standards of cleanliness across all assigned locations

Follow company procedures and safety guidelines

Requirements:

Prior professional cleaning experience (required)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)

Ability to travel between multiple job sites

Flexibility with scheduling, including short-notice assignments

Ability to stand and be on your feet for 3–4 hours at a time

Ability to lift up to 20 lbs

Ability to carry and use a backpack vacuum (approximately 15 lbs)

Strong attention to detail and dependability

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in commercial cleaning environments

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Schedule:

Varies based on staffing needs; must be available for flexible hours

Must be able to start at 5:30 PM or later

Some morning shifts may be available
