Title: Floater Salary: Starting at $12/hr, based on experience Age Group: Varied Schedules: Full time Hours (8:30am - 5:30pm) or (10:00am - 5:45pm)

Basic Job Duties:

• Bring lessons to life as planned by our lead teachers
• Follow guidance from our awesome teacher superheroes and supervisors
• Assist with all sorts of superhero duties, from cleaning up to mealtime fun
• Keep a watchful eye on our little superheroes to ensure their safety and happiness
• Stay connected with parents through our parent engagement app and other means
• Use your superpowers of behavior management to keep our classroom atmosphere calm and positive

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED equivalent -Ability to pass a drug test, criminal history and child abuse and neglect clearance -Reliable Transportation and a strong work ethich
