Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and caring Floater to join our team! This role supports multiple classrooms and helps maintain a safe, positive learning environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities: • Assist lead teachers with daily classroom activities • Supervise and engage with children during learning and play • Help maintain a clean, organized classroom • Step into different classrooms as needed to provide support • Ensure children’s safety and follow center policies
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Ability to pass a state and federal background check
A year of previous teaching assistant experience preferred
