What You’ll Do as a Floater Teacher:
Create and maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing classroom environment.
Support the social and emotional development of each child.
Build positive, trusting relationships with families.
Collaborate with lead teachers and assist in classrooms across all age groups.
Step into various classrooms as needed to support daily routines, planning time, and special activities.
Qualifications:
A genuine love for working with young children.
Empathy, patience, and strong teamwork skills.
Dependable, flexible, and able to adapt to different classroom environments.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and safely handle children as needed for classroom care and safety.
For Infant and Young Toddler classrooms: must be able to properly lift and place infants into and out of cribs.
