If you have previous competitive swim experience, fitness coaching, or teaching experience, this would be a great next step for you. You must have: A HS diploma/over 18 years old A clean background check A positive attitude A growth mindset Patience and flexibility A love of children Able to commit to at least 6 months of employment Our instructors are required to be CPR certified or willing to obtain certification or renewal within 30 days of hire.
