We’re looking for an experienced technician, with IICRC certification preferred, to join our growing team. Marshall Cleaning is locally owned and operated, has proudly served the community for 12+ years, and has earned 950+ Google reviews with a 4.9-star rating. We’re seeking someone who is dependable, motivated, customer-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities include cleaning carpet, upholstery, rugs, LVP / hardwood, tile, and other flooring surfaces, operating and maintaining professional cleaning equipment, inspecting job sites, communicating clearly with customers, and upholding company quality standards on every job.

The ideal candidate has carpet cleaning or related industry experience, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career with a respected local company.
