Reporting to the President, Lifetime Green Coatings is seeking a talented and experienced installation technician team lead to install our floor coating technology and serve the customers in our community.

The Install Technician Team Lead is responsible for managing the install team’s completion of the installation process of our eco-friendly green coating technology, including base coat, flake, and topcoat applications. You have experience working in a role that prioritizes attention to detail, working independently, and applying some type of coating to an existing concrete surface. You can quickly learn about new product offerings and installation methods. You are experienced managing the install team. You are comfortable working on-site for clients and demonstrating LGC’s White Glove service and our Jobsite Code of Conduct.

You are an accountable self-starter that enjoys working in a fast-paced, energetic, and

collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Effective and efficient installation of our LGC Coating Technology

• Attention to detail while working on a customers’ site

• Effective preparation of the floor surface prior to applying our basecoat

• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

• Monitor team performance and report on metrics

• Discover training needs and provide coaching

• Communication with management if an issue arises that impedes the installation process

• Exemplifying Lifetime Green Coating’s White Glove Service

• Adhere to our Jobsite Code of Conduct

• Use of our operating system to enter notes and upload before/after pictures to close out each work order

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor

• Competitive spirit with a drive to succeed in a metric-driven environment

• Previous floor coating experience using epoxy or paint

• Ability to stand

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

• Ability to give and receive feedback in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Valid Driver’s License
