We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Marketing Specialist. This position is based in our Norcross, GA Headquarters office and plays a crucial role in supporting a range of marketing programs designed to hit lead, appointment, and proposal targets. You’ll work with our growing corporate marketing team in supporting franchisee lead generation across a range of digital channels and coordinating the relationships and performance metrics we have with our marketing agency partners.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal teams, franchisees, and external marketing partners to track and optimize performance-based digital lead gen programs

• Project-manage a range of digital marketing projects and initiatives

• Research and implement new profitable lead sources

• Educate the franchise network by publishing process and policy updates via company portals

• Maintain reporting, data and dashboards on marketing vendor and program performance

Skills and Experience Desired:

• A degree or diploma in marketing or a business-related discipline

• 3 – 5 years in a business marketing environment, digital marketing agency experience preferred

• At least 2 years of experience in a marketing support role

• Experience with digital marketing tactics (SEO, organic web, PPC, paid display, paid social, affiliate, performance-based)

• Familiarity with consumer online web search behaviors and digital media channels

• Understands the fundamentals of websites, both front-end and back-end structure

• Experience with franchise marketing a plus

• Experience working with CRMs and reporting tools

• Command of Excel formulas and spreadsheet creation and analysis

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with – and present in front of – a variety of constituents, in both small and large group settings – with confidence and poise

• Strong project management, time management skills

• Highly organized and analytical with attention to detail and accuracy

• Lots of energy and a “No Problem” attitude, a collaborative team player in spirit

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and achieve objectives with minimal supervision

• Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously for multiple clients/stakeholders and vendors.

• Good with numbers and familiarity with marketing key performance indicators (KPIs)
