Position: Production Coordinator As a Production Coordinator at Floor Coverings International, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our business. You will serve as a contact for our valued customers, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the entire process. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent multitasking abilities, and a keen attention to detail.

Production Coordinator Qualifications:

Previous experience in production or operations management.

Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in-person.

Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities.

Ability to work independently and make decisions without supervision.

Knowledge of flooring or related industries preferred.

Reliable transportation required until a company truck is provided.

Production Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

Maintain relationships with customers

Meet with sales staff weekly to discuss recent sales and production

Meet with installers daily to discuss production

Visit job sites to ensure customer satisfaction

Order all product needed for jobs accurately and follow up on delivery

Communicate with installers and customer on start dates and times

Update InspireNet daily with status of job and upcoming schedule via the Production Dashboard

Compensation: Salary range $18.00-$25.00/hr plus bonus opportunities
