• Full hands-on training
• Company booked appointments with Home owners looking for our products/services
• Company vehicle (mobile showroom)
• Company use gas reimbursement
• Company cell phone
• Company laptop, tablet, laser measurer, apparel

COMPENSATION: Training pay & Commissions. Average sales staff make 5-6k/month. Above average sales staff make 10-11k/month. B.I.T.W.s make 15k+/month  SKILL SET:

• Self- motivated and positive attitude
• Sales Skill (business management, presentation, closing)
• Able to work independently without supervision
• Professional image and professional presentation skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• No Design experience necessary
• No Flooring experience/knowledge necessary

With all that being said. The applicant must be a dedicated learner and be willing follow a proven system.  A TYPICAL DAY: Sales staff meet with a home owner in there home, tell them about our company, show them flooring/tile samples, provide estimate(s), Close jobs, fill out paper work. Everyday is someone new with a new product/service request. The mobile showroom has 3000+ samples that we bring and show a customer right in there own home.  Please reply to this post with your cover letter and resume.
