Role: Office Manager

Our franchise is locally owned and operated, and we are seeking an exceptional individual to serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in Office Management (2+ years)

Strong communication skills, especially over the phone

Organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in multitasking

Ability to work independently without supervision

Experience in bookkeeping using QuickBooks is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain strong relationships with customers

Oversee daily office operations

Schedule leads for appointments for the sales team

Support local marketing efforts as required

Keep the showroom and office organized and presentable

Assist in the development, management, and delivery of local marketing tactics

Conduct weekly meetings with sales staff to discuss recent sales and review customer expectations and product orders

Order all necessary products for jobs accurately and follow up on delivery

Communicate start dates and times with installers and customers

Update customers regularly on installation details

Daily updates on InspireNet regarding job status and upcoming schedule via the Production Dashboard

Compensation: $17.50- $19.25
