What you need to succeed:

Ability to use competitive drive and determination to meet and exceed sales targets

Ability to close

2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience preferred

Schedule availability to run self generated and preset appointments on evenings and weekends

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Compensation : ***Earning potential averages $60,000-$80,000+ with uncapped commission pay ***30% of our first year Design Sales Associates made over $100,000K last year
