Job Summary

We are seeking a Floor Installer to join our team! As a Floor Installer, you will be using best practices to lay each type of flooring to provide a beautiful, safe final product. The ideal candidate has experience in construction, is interested in learning how to lay multiple types of flooring, and can work well within a team environment.

Responsibilities

Look at a room and determine the flooring needs, including the type of underlay required for the material used

Measure rooms and spaces to determine the amount of flooring needed to complete the project

Work safely and cleanly on the job site, following best practices from both the company and the flooring manufacturer

Lay multiple types of flooring, grinding, coating and polishing concrete, and more

Qualifications

Previous construction experience desired

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The ability to regularly lift and move heavy objects, and work on your hands and knees

Strong customer service skills

Interest in learning new techniques and the ability to adapt to different environments
