We are looking for an Accounting Specialist who knows QuickBooks Online like an expert. Our Accounting Specialist will mostly work with Accounts Payable to Installers, Accounts Receivable (applying customer payments to invoices) and some General Ledger work. Our Installers get paid weekly through Accounts Payable / Billing. Our QuickBooks is interfaced with a Project Management program that automatically sends Bills to QuickBooks when jobs are completed. This position will work closely with the Operation's General Managers of four locations and with our Senior Staff Accountant.

Job Description

· Ensure Installers and Vendors are paid timely.

· Phone, Email and Text interaction with our General Managers and vendors.

· Maintain thorough and accurate records.

· Monitor and track installations and service calls.

· Solve customer/vendor problems and issues.

· Manage large amounts of incoming calls.

· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

· Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

· Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Computer Literate (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) Must have recent experience and excellent QuickBooks Online skills.

· Good organizational skills
