We are looking for an Accounting Specialist who knows QuickBooks Online like an expert. Our Accounting Specialist will mostly work with Accounts Payable but may have some Accounts Receivable work to do, too. Our Installers get paid weekly through Accounts Payable / Billing. Our QuickBooks is interfaced with a Project Management program that automatically sends Bills to QuickBooks, when the Installers push the Job Complete button. This position will work closely with the Operation's General Managers of four locations and with our Senior Staff Accountant.

Job Description

· Ensure Installers and Vendors are paid timely.

· Phone, Email and Text interaction with our retail partner and installers.

· Maintain thorough and accurate records.

· Monitor and track installations and service calls.

· Solve customer/vendor problems and issues.

· Report any store issues / concerns.

· Manage large amounts of incoming calls.

· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

· Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

· Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Computer Literate (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) Must have recent experience and excellent QuickBooks Online skills.

· Good organizational skills
